The great vending machine!

One of the most interesting inventions of the last one hundred years are Vending Machines. Without many of the Vending Machines seen in malls and bars many American companies would be out of the job. Vending machine sales are considered recession proof because there products are usually low priced and have a long term shelf life.

Vending Machine Companies are also some of the inspirations of many advertising campaigns. Vending machines have even become sources of advertising. Many vending machines now display single or multiple advertisements (from companies not associated with the vending machine company).

Vending Machines have really been improved and innovated over the years. I even saw a Coffee Vending Machine that was pretty cool last week. The Coffee Vending Machine had multiple brands of coffee and it even had different sized cups.

So next time you see a vending machine think about how far the technology has come and what the future holds.
