Positive experience with insurance

Recently I was involved in a car accident and thank god I had insurance. If I did not have insurance I do not know what would have happened. So let me tell you the story, I was driving along one day and I was crossing a 4 way intersection when suddenly out of nowhere a drunk driver hit my car and basically totaled it. My arm was broken in the accident and that was about all the damage. The other driver was fine. I called my insurance right after I dialed 911. They driver who hit me was too drunk to even call his insurance but the officer got all his info for me. The insurance ended up paying my medical bills and got me a brand new car. I was very surprised that it was so fast and easy because usually when I think o insurance I think of long waiting times and sneaky agencies trying to find loop holes to not pay you. But I guess I was 100% wrong about that. I think the moral of this story is to have good insurance. That is definitely a life saver. Real Estate Stimulus - 2010 Homebuyer Tax Credits

Real Estate Stimulus is back are you ready? So are you thinking about buying a new home? Is it your first home purchase. If so you might want to take a look at this post. The Feds have decided to put an extension on to new Home buyer credits. Here is some important info, and be sure to watch the video because it's filled with a lot of great info.

2010 Homebuyer Tax Credits

The federal income tax credit for homebuyers has been extended and expanded to now include homeowners who wish to "move on" after 5 years of living in their current property, as well as first-time homebuyers.

* First-time homebuyers, or those who have not owned in the last three years, can receive up to an $8,000 tax credit
* Homeowners who have lived in a current home consecutively for 5 of the past 8 years can receive up to a $6,500 tax credit
* There may be no future extensions, so all qualified homebuyers are urged to act and have a written, binding contract by April 30, 2010 (close by June 30, 2010)
* Income limits are now $125,000 for singles, $225,000 for married couples with a $20,000 phase-out of the credit for both.

Down East Basics Clothing (Women Only)

Any women interested in affordable fashionable clothing, then take a look at Down East Basics clothing line. They have an amazing website that is very user friendly and well designed. They clothing they offer is very modest but still fashionable. So if you’re into something flashy then this clothing line might not be for you. For those of you with a very tight budget this website always has great sales. This site has also done a great job ‘online advertising’; they have a blog and a face book page. So if you’re into social networking this is pretty easy to find. The face book page already has over 5,000 fans.
The clothing line is somewhat new and doesn’t really have any celebrity endorsements but I bet it will soon. Down East Basics has 43 locations located throughout the Unites States. Mostly in the West in states such as Utah, Idaho, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington (state). There clothing seems to be of very high quality and also unique designs. I will provide a link to the site at the bottom of this post. Thanks,
